Principal Construction Manager

Dan has been part of the Gehrtz Construction Services Team since 2001. Dan has managed an array of projects from new construction to complex remodels.  He manages all facets of the project from cost estimating, scheduling, plan review, and project management.  Dan works closely with clients and the design team to provide a high-quality project that is within budget and completed on schedule.

Dan lives in Dilworth, MN with wife and three kids.  In his free-time he enjoys fishing, hunting, going to sporting events, and spending time at the lake with his family.
