Six separate, themed entertainment venues are provided in the building with the largest being “The Venue”, a multi-level concert and dance club which is a favorite nightlife destination in the region. The aggressive construction schedule led by Gehrtz Construction Services and contractors on the project are to credit for finishing this project on time. This provided the owner with a high energy facility that continues to bring people through the door for the ultimate entertainment destination in the upper Midwest.
