The project consists of a 12,850 SF new “second campus” building for Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church.   The building will be constructed in West Fargo, several miles to the west of their main campus in south Moorhead.  The building will consist of a slab on grade, 7,000 SF multi-purpose auditorium that can function as a sanctuary, meeting room, or activity center.  Laminated wood frame with wood deck will be used in the large space.  New construction will be predominately wood framed with steel stud bearing at the high walls in the multi-purpose space.  The building will be clad with rockface cmu and metal wall panels.  The gathering space/entry will be separated from the multi-purpose room by a large glass overhead door to allow for easy movement between the spaces as well as an open connection to overflow seating when required.   Other interior spaces include a nursery, office, and kitchen.  The roof of the structure will be asphalt shingles and ballasted EPDM.

The building and site are master planned to allow for the easy addition of a large sanctuary space, an education wing and additional administrative space. Construction is scheduled to begin May 2009 with completion spring of 2010.
