The project consists of two phases. The first phase that began construction Spring 2009 includes education and office spaces to support the existing church building. The second phase will include a new sanctuary and fellowship hall. Upon completion, the building will include a lower level (basement) of 16,110 SF, main (ground) level of 39,290 SF and upper level of 8,272 SF. The existing church building sanctuary is constructed as a "split level" and the sanctuary is included in the ground floor calculation even though it is 1/2 story above grade.
